At our company, the integrated production system which is from design drafting to machining, heat treatment, an inspection, quality control, and shipment is carried out, and we are producing products adding high value which pressed down cost. By using two furnaces, molding cycle and dissolved cycle timing could be united then production of an efficient casting was realized.
